A Section 8 non-profit transforming potential into purpose across Northeast India — through entrepreneurship development, skill building, financial literacy and AI readiness.
Youthcove Foundation was established in 2021 in Guwahati, Assam as a Section 8 non-profit company. We exist to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity across the Northeast — working with students, women artisans, rural entrepreneurs and small enterprises.
To transform potential into purpose across Northeast India through entrepreneurship development, skill building, financial literacy and AI readiness — equipping communities with the tools and confidence to participate meaningfully in the modern economy.
A Northeast where every young person, woman artisan and rural entrepreneur has the skills, mentorship and capital to build a meaningful livelihood — an ecosystem of self-reliance, dignity and shared prosperity.
Every programme is designed to produce measurable, tangible outcomes — not just awareness, but action and results.
Capacity stays in the community. We build through local networks, local trainers and training-the-trainer delivery models.
Transparent governance, honest reporting and principled partnerships — in everything we do.
We work with institutions, government and industry — because lasting impact requires ecosystem-wide effort.
We iterate, improve and adapt — applying the same learning mindset we teach to our own practice.
Our programmes reach across gender, geography and socio-economic boundaries — no one is excluded from opportunity.
